  Recipe One: Chocolate Bliss Balls  
     
     
   
     
     
     
 
  • Recipe makes approximately 4 servings (depending on how much you want to share the bliss!)

 

  • Ingredients:

 

3 TBL of raw CACAO
1 TBL of raw CAROB (optional, yet recommended - if not using, add 1 extra TBL CACAO)
2 TBL of AGAVE
1 TBL of Coconut Butter (I love the creaminess of Artisana brand)
1 TBL of MACA (optional, yet highly recommended for the BLISS)
1/2 TBL of TOCOTRENIALS (optional)
Dash of Redmond’s REAL SALT (optional)
1 TBL Cacao Nibs or Crushed Nuts (optional)
1/2 Tsp of Cacao or Carob powder (use to dip fingers in when rolling mixture)

 

  • Directions:

 

Add dry ingredients to bowl, mix in agave & stir (will be really thick at first, just keep mixing until fully blended. Pour Cacao nibs or crushed nuts on wax paper or a plate, dip your fingers in some chocolate powder so the dough doesn’t stick to your fingers, then roll the dough mixture into the nibs or nuts, creating a round, ball shape. Put in refrigerator to cool & harden up those chocolate yummy Bliss Balls! Or, if you can’t wait - enjoy the softer version. Both ways can be fun and absolutely Blissful!
